Disclaimer: Post is filled with my portrait photos. Stop here when you can’t handle looking at MY FACE throughout the entire post. But then, who doesn’t want to see cuteness? So carry on.. 😛

This is the best time of the year they say, and what’s a better way to fill the best time of the year  if not by creating a thematic looks! 😀

So here they are, three simple looks for Christmas.

Product used and a how-to is available on each look’s description. 😉 Hope this post can give you ideas on how to do your makeup for Christmas and lemme know which look do you like the most? 😀

And yes, this post is an alibi for me to post my selfies. Eat that Chewbacca!!

Senyum dulu ah.. 🙂

PS: I don’t put skin prepping step as people have different ways to do it. So the steps start directly on the makeup. 😉

Natural Glow Look

Natural Glow Look:

  1. Start by applying your foundation (Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous in 855) evenly and concealer (LA Girl Pro Conceal in Medium Beige) on part of your feature – I put on my under-eye. Top it off with a matte powder (Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in Transparent).
  2. Filling in your eyebrows (Etude Drawing Eyebrow in Dark Brown).
  3. Put on eye-primer (LT Pro Eye Primer) all over your lid and then go with the eyeshadow. I use Make Up Revolution Iconic 2 Palette. Put #4 shade all over your lid and take a slightly darker complimentary brown-ish shade #6 to your outer corner, using fluffy brush with a circular motion to frame the first shade and slowly take it halfway your crease. Use blending brush to blend the two shades together.
  4. Line your upper eye line (Silkygirl Precision Liquid Eyeliner) and your waterline (Eyeliner Match from my Nepal Cosmetics Haul).
  5. Put on mascara (Maybelline The Colossal Volume Express) on your lashes or put on falsies (Aiglowlashes #17).
  6. As I have double-chin, I sculpt my chin (LT Pro Shading Kit #2) softly. Pass this if your chin and jawline is jawdropping sculpted! 😀
  7. Put on a fresh coral blush (LT Pro Blush Palette PB02 + PB03)
  8. Finish the look by applying lipbalm (Kompor Lipstick Lip Balm in So Alive) and lipstick (NYX Butter Lipstick in Little Susie).

Sculpted Nude Look

Sculpted Nude Look:

  1. Start by applying your foundation (Silkygirl Skin Perfect Liquid Foundation in Tan) and concealer (LA Girl Pro Conceal in True Beige) on your undereye. Top it off with a matte powder (Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in Transparent).
  2. Filling in your eyebrow (Viva Eyebrow Pencil in Black).
  3. Put on eye primer (LT Pro Eye Primer) and start doing your eyeshadow makeup. I use Wet n Wild Rose Petal Palette (right column) for this look. Take the pale pink and put it all over your lid. Then take the purple shade to create a horizontal V-shape on your outer corner; bringing it far outwards when you dare. Then take the blue just a bit to tap on your middle lid. Just a bit. Be really careful with this shade, it’s very pigmented it might ruin the whole eye-look when put too much. Take the off-white shade to put on your inner tear-duct and drag it to halfway of your lower lashes. Fill in the halfway-end of your lower lashes with the same purple you put on your outer corner earlier. Take the blending brush and then blend blend blend. 😀
  4. Put on mascara (Maybelline The Falsies Volume Express). I don’t wear falsies for this look.
  5. Sculpt your face with a shading kit (LT Pro Shading Kit #2), slowly drag your brush under your cheekbone towards your chin (if you want to have a longer effect face) and towards your lips corner (if you want to have a chubbier effect face). Then sculpt your jawline and chin and forehead and nose as how you usually do (or you don’t? Lemme know if you want a post on nose-shading or face-shading in general).
  6. Put on a lipbalm (Kompor Lipstick in So Alive) and nude lipstick (Silkygirl Moisture Rich and Lipgloss in Pure). And you’re done! 😀
